XMB - Message Broker

The course is designed to introduce participant to XYBASE Message Broker (XMB), the only integration tool that an airport will ever need to resolve its problem in sharing, transferring and transmitting information to various system at the same time between different vendors and to look forward for high efficiency operations. It is featuring the latest in technology which supports data protocols from XML to ASCII. The course is targeted to Airport IT Department, Airport Authorities and Airport System Administrators.

XIS Information System
The course is designed to introduce participant to XYBASE Information System (XIS), a portal based system to support airport operation with information pertaining to flight schedule, ticket prices, public announcement and contact or directory information. Act as single update point for all supporting information, XIS serves as an effective and reliable tool that can assist airport operators to disseminate relevant information to the right person at the right time. The targeted users for this training are Information Department Supervisor, Information Department User, Public Announcement Supervisor, Public Announcement Operators, Airlines/Agents and any authorized users with access in the airport.

XMS Management System
This course is designed for the management and operation command centre of an airport to facilitate them with their reporting and decision-making process. By attending this course, the airport management personnel are able to query data provided by Airport Operational Database (AODB) using a comprehensive reporting process. It also features with the business intelligence tools which comes bundled with XMS to assist airport management personnel in making better decision.

XFlight - Flight Management System
This course is designed to suit airport operational requirements. It consists of Flight Scheduling Module (FSM), Flight Management Module (FMM) and Flight Information Display Module (FIDM). Combined with the latest in Graphical User Interface (GUI) capabilities, XFlight components deliver a fully integrated system for airports to manage schedules and update flight information. XFlight is also capable to capture stand, gate or apron activities, flight on-off block, flight display at the gate, check in counters, arrival and departure halls. Targeted users are Airport Schedulers, Security & Airport Operations Center, Airport users with resource management responsibilities, Engineering Operations Center, Gate Management Center, Airlines Ground Handlers, Crisis Control Center and Respective Government Agencies such as Civil Aviation Department.

XTMS – Terminal Management System
This course will provide an overview of the entire airport operation. It monitors and responds to the daily operations of an airport that might impact service quality and operational safety. XTMS enables the airport operator to monitor the status of the airport via graphical and textual displays. The course is targeted to Airport Operation Centre, Crisis Control Centre, Security Control Centre, Building Management Centre.

XODB – Operational Database
The course is designed to teach the participant on the high reliability, availability and security database for an airport to manage data storage, retrieval and manipulation. XODB will enable an airport to centrally keep its data from various systems in an airport via seamless interface and integration which eventually improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The targeted users for this training are Airport Operators, Airport System Administrators, Airport Authority and Finance Department.

XAMS – Apron Management System
This course is specifically designed for Ground Handlers, Airport Apron Operators and Airlines Ground Crew to manage operational information related to the apron services. The process requires ground operators to know exactly which aircraft is due to arrive at a specific apron and to be able to have immediate information if there is a delay or change to the aircraft requirements.

XRMS – Resource Management System
This course is designed especially for the airports. The system allows an airport to manage critical operational resources. It serves to maximize the utilization of scarce and available resources in an airport. The targeted users for this training are Airport Schedulers, Security Operations Center, Airport users with resource management responsibilities, Airfield Safety Unit, Airports Operations Center, Engineering Operations Center, Gate Management Center, Airline Ground Handlers, Crisis Control Center and Respective Government Agencies.

XCommerce – Commercial Management System
XCommerce is the tool that provides airports with the flexibility and fine-tuning capability to incorporate elements such as discount and tax structures in calculating revenue. This course will teach the participant on how to effectively consolidate both aeronautical and non-aeronautical charges. The target users for this course are Airport Management Team, Airport Finance Department, Airport Accounting Department and any authorized users with access in the airport.

XRetail – Retail Management System
This course is specifically designed for Airport Retailers and Airport Commercial Operator to ensure that they can utilize the XRetail system in order to ensure that the airport is generating sufficient and justifiable retail revenue. It features the on-line sales information such as passenger buying profiles, most/least saleable item, seasonal item analysis and other customizable analysis information.

Train-the-Trainer Program
The objective of this course is to provide a basic guidelines in becoming a trainer. Participants will be taught on the processes involve in adult learning that affect their teaching skills as well as the understanding of various teaching methods. Participants will also learn on how to measure trainees’ achievements and to handle difficult situations. Teaching methods such as discussions, examples and simulated exercises are used to create an interesting learning environment.

 Effective Presentation Skills
This course will teach the participants to build overall competencies that every presenter should have in delivering a presentation. It will also include topics such as understanding own style, its strength and weaknesses and ways to improve it and how to gain internal confidence for smooth delivery. This course also emphasize on logistic arrangements, preparation of materials, using of audio-visual aids and interaction with the audience.
 
Project Management Training
This course is designed to teach the participants on every aspect of project management specifically on how projects are planned and run in order to deliver a successful project on time and within the budget. The course will include Project Management Methodology and Lifecycle, Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management, Testing and Integration, and Warranty, Maintenance and Support.
