>The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Crisis Control Centre (CCC) provides a modern crisis incident management system. The CCC relies on having immediate access to, and providing airport-wide, national and international information, with open communication to local community services, in order for the decision makers to effect appropriate responses in the fastest time possible.
There are three separate, but interrelated aspects of the Crisis Control Centre (CCC)

Construction. Construction includes both the primary and Backup CCC. This includes interior design for the CCC room. Negotiators room, Crisis Control Support Staff room. Planning room/Anti-Terrorism Committee room, and the Crisis Assistance Work Area room.

Equipment. This includes the purchase, installations and testing of all TAMS Terminals for the CCC, and other equipment listed in the paragraph titled Major Component List. For completeness of this description, some of the equipment described includes equipment that will be provided under separate contracts.

Operating/Operational Procedures. This includes the development of CCC procedures for operating the various equipment and systems provided by the CCC Sub-system Contractor such as operational procedures and checklists. These operational procedures will be developed in co-operation with the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) operator, Malaysia Airports Berhad (MAB), and the Systems Management Contractor (SMC), and will be documented into a CCC Procedures Manual
