We have renewed our contract to provide Operations, Maintenance and Support services for another two (2) years through our Malaysian System Engineers located on-site at Boston. The scope of this service consists of ensuring the mission-critical application systems developed and implemented by us are always available for the smooth running of the airport. Weekly reports are provided to the customer together with System and Database Administration services as part of the Operation services.
